We welcome all applicants that are willing and able to volunteer their time and energy to making our community a better place for our families and our great neighbors. There are many layers to volunteering and everyone brings something different. We are seeking team players who want to serve and who are willing to volunteer their time by attending monthly meetings, special training and certifications, assisting with community projects, dispatch calls, squad tours all while following state, local, DCRS and TARS By-Laws.
As a member, you will attend a monthly meeting (2nd Thursdays of each month) and be invited to share with the members in attendance why you are interested in joining, any current credentials and ways you plan to serve.
The first step in becoming a Dyer County Rescue Squad member is to complete a membership application. This can be done online and will be reviewed by the Officers.
